you should be able to log in and do everything normally. Fingers crossed.

Of course this is just a test. We will need to set up an official date to do the transfer, shut down the old forum, and then move everything over again.

the Wiki is not done yet but I don't think it is a huge priority at this point and can be taken care of later.

If people don't like the new forum theme I can change it back, but at least for now it helps make it easier to know if you are on the old "active" one, or the new "trial" one.

OFFICIAL DATE FOR THE FORUM TRANSFER:

This Friday Feb. 4th at 14:00 (2pm) Eastern Standard Time. The .org forum should be shut down at that point, and hopefully the .net version will be updated and ready with a minimum delay.

there may be a few minor bumps at that point but I'm sure it's nothing we can't handle...

The current forum will be locked I am sure. I don't know if there will be a link or not, that is up to BitMonster.

As soon as possible the .org domain should be redirected to the .net domain but that could take a little while to propagate.

To avoid confusion, I have used a different theme for the new forum, so you will know which one you are using.

I actually prefer the new theme anyway, but we can create a poll after the transition to see if we should keep it or not.

I like it too... it's growing on me.
But it still needs more cow-bell.
