I just picked up a 60PS11 so a plugin will be uploaded here within a few days.
There is an issue with my 60PS11. It will only accept and respond to commands when it is turned off.
So I have not been able to test this plugin out.

Great thanks for this plugin. Works fine with LG LH90!
Does anyone know how create an event that waits until the TV's been turned on?

New LG's support more than 64 channels so the channel tune command is a little bit different. I made a new version that works with new sets and supports 999 channels.
Also made new command for turning the set on. I first tried to make a version that polls for set's power state but it seems it starts to return 'Power On' state too early. So the current version only checks at first if the set is off, and if it is, it starts the TV and waits 17 seconds. It's better than nothing because I can now add 'PowerOn' command to command list just to make sure it's on, and don't have to wait for those 17 seconds if the set was already on. ( It still polls for power state so I can check how the status changes).

I added a change to the system plugin which was released in 1568 that should generate a "deviceAttached" and "deviceDetatched" event when the TV is turned off/on. It also generates these same events when you plug/unplug the cable (I have only tested with HDMI). Can't you use that event to tell when the TV is on/off (store the state in a global variable)?

It seems the TV does not send any event when on/off, I just updated to 1568 version.
I don't have my TV selected as PC's monitor right now, that might by the reason.
TV''s connected with HDMI, video card is ATI.
