IR codes don't show up.

IR codes don't show up.
About 2 years ago I had a setup with a Windows Vista PC, a streamzap IR receiver, and a random Universal remote. I'm having an issue with a similiar setup now. In Eventghost I cannot get the IR codes to show up on the side like they had before. So that I can assign them. I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything multiples times, multiple restarts. Just wondering if there is just something I'm overlooking? When streamzap is running in the taskbar evenghost won't recognize the plugin for it. But when it's not, it does. Either way I don't see the IR codes.
