Hello.
I'm trying to use this IR (USB) receiver with a WDTV remote.
+
Maybe they're not supported or maybe I'm not configuring EventGhost correctly.
Can someone help me?
Thank you.

How are you trying to configure it?
What plugin are you useing?
What version of EG are you running?
What OS are you using?
Does the remote work with that receiver?
Have you seen any response in EG?
How far have you gone?
What did you try?
Where are you stuck?
Come on man.

I found out in another forum that that IRDA couldn't work.
Anyway, I bought this (sorry for changing topic)
Model: LM-PC001 (no brand - no software to configure it)
It works very well (and without installing drivers or using any software).
I'm under XP and using the latest version of EG.
I looked at the list of plug-ins but can't find it (of course - no brand).
Do you have any idea if using another plug-in (maybe a generic one) can let me configure the keys?

Is it a usb device?
Have you tried the USB plugin?

I tried all plug-ins but all give an error when I load them (USB-UIRT also)
Except "Keene IR Anywhere" but I can't configure it. It doesn't receive signal when i push on the remote.
The hardware is OK. Without sw it works. I just wanted to change one button (that opens Internet Explorer) with an Alt+F4.
I tried another sw also (Girder) and it receives all signals I send (giving a code like B0000017 for each button) but I'm stuck with that sw too because when I want to remap the buttons, it doesn't receive the signal.
