Could the log and configuration panels be automatically resized when the eventghost window is resized?

=> 0.4.1.r1540
I spent many hours and long time it seemed that's not possible to do it.
BTW - you know that the logger can be floatable (try drag & drop) ?

Thanks for all your efforts Pako. I didn't even think about being able to change it to top and bottom.
I think I can make it work like that.
