Keyboard: OemE9 sticking

So I'm using the Keyboard plugin and my OemE9 gets stuck (not the physical key, the event).
Here's an example using the capslock to invoke the OemE9 event and the resulting log:
Keyboard.CapsLock - Press capslock
Keyboard.OemE9 - Release capslock
Keyboard.LAlt+OemE9 - Press left alt
Keyboard.LAlt+Tabulator+OemE9 - Press tab
As you can see, the OemE9 is staying around. I have a strong feeling it's the way my computer (an Acer Aspire with the Fn button and such) handles special functions. I've looked around to see if I could disable it, but I can't find anything. Is there maybe a way I could tell the Keyboard plugin to ignore OemE9? Any suggestions would be welcome!
