Scheduler for music selection

Hi!
I'm trying to make my computer launch spotify on startup and play different playlists at differnt times. The playlist select I just to with keyboard-stokes, but i cant get spotify to launch with differnt commands at differnt time. (also, this should be a one-time event (just at computer-start up). I'm very new at this.... any help
