CyberPower UPS Plugin

Hello everybody!
I have modified the "Generic HID"-plugin to be able to support the most fundamental functionality of a UPS : Running on battery and Running on AC.
This plugin will probably work with most CyberPower UPS devices. I have only tested it on this model :BS850E (http://www.amazon.de/CYBERPOWER-BS850E- ... B0046W2OCU)
The UPS output contains more than the power-status (running on battery or AC), so if someone is interested in the voltage, power consumption or something else, there are possibilities to add events for that too.
