NTP

I met her practice with an NTP (Network Time Protocol). This is very interesting.
I have one computer (that is otherwise fine) that has a problem with keeping real time.
So I realized that just NTP can help me.
That's why I created this new plugin.
I know it will not have much meaning. But hopefully it will still be useful to someone else.

Please give suggestions for possible improvements.
ATTENTION!
To use this plugin on Windows Vista and later,
it is necessary to EventGhost was started with "Run as Administrator" option !
