Launch XBMC On Secondary Display

I have been struggling with this for weeks and discovered eventghost. I have unsuccessfully been able to accomplish with eventghost as well. Here is my request/setup:
Current setup consists of my PC running Windows 8 attached to my primary monitor via HDMI and secondary display (TV), actually a Marantz 8801 in my den. XBMC Frod RC3 w/ Aeon Nox skin. I controll XBMC and Win 8 in the den with a Logitech Dinovo BT KB. I have a key mapped on the KB that launches a batch file and copies the guisettings.xml for the TV and on exit restores the original, not ideal but works most of the time.
My goal is to be able to launch XBMC on the secondary display (Marantz---->TV) when detected/on and still be able to use the PC while XBMC is running. Additionaly I would like to launch XBMC on the primary; sometimes I want to use XBMC while I am sitting at my desk to both listen/watch media and configuration of XBMC. So in a nut-shell, launch XBMC and display according to what displays are attached.
I will be glad to compensate a developer or a member to assist me and will make it worth your time and effort.
Thanks!
