PushBullet plugin (Pako)

I also tried the PushBullet plugin from sfalkman and basically it works ...
However, I had the feeling that there are some imperfections and that the plugin uses very little the potential of PushBullet service.
So I decided to create another version.
Perhaps you will like it.

Receiving of any push can be accompanied by a sound. It's easy:
#1) In the main dialog of the plugin, select the directory, where the sounds are stored (default is ...\EventGhost\plugins\PushBullet\sounds).
#2) For each push type (Note, Link, File, Mirror) there give an audio file (it must be of type wav). Example: for push type Note it must be a file note.wav.
#3) If the field to select the folder is empty, the feature is disabled.
#4) If the file is missing for some push type, no audio will sound for corresponding push type.
