I'm using EventGhost v0.4.1.r1640 with WinXP+SP2.
When i shutdown the system EventGhost refuses to close immediately, and the
OS starts the timeout.
How can i prevent for this from happening?

On your question, which is asked very general (we do not have any information from you about the plugins and the like) can also answer very general:
Before turning off the computer, close EventGhost.

i understand... i attach my current configuration.
Obviously closing the program manually works, but i'd like to avoid that...

Simply we may find that your problem is caused by the plugin Process Watcher.
So you have two options:
1) Do not change the configuration and EventGhost close manually.
2) Modify the configuration so you do not have to use the plugin Process Watcher.
Note: Instead of Process Watcher plugin you can try for example
Application Observer plugin.
