Couple new window actions.

Basically i was hoping for a "Start window movement in a direction" and/or a "Move Relative". Same things that are under mouse actions, only for windows.
I can accomplish the same things using toggle left mouse button but that seems a little round about.
No clue how hard this would be to accomplish but i'm hoping it would be easy.
