internet and multimedia hot keys not detected

Hi, my new generic keyboard has 3 internet hot keys i don't use and i wish to change them to do another functions but when i make a keyboard plugin EventGhost doesn't detect the internet and multimedia hot keys (they are working perfectly) it shows every other key in the logs when pressed except the hot keys any help??
