EventGhost

Hello,

I have a remote control that looks exactly the same as the one with the plugin name "PC Remote Controller" but when I add the plugin I get a "device not found!" error.

The remote is already working in windows with the windows default functions, do I need to install a special driver for it to also work in Eventghost (I am currently just using windows 8 default drivers that installed automatically)?

I am using the newest version of Eventghost.

Has anyone had experience with these?

i have the same problem only the volume keys is detected by EventGhost , but the other functions are working by the default driver that was installed when i plug in (but i will like to custom the keys). i am in Windows 10 64 Bits. And when i try installing the driver for the plugin it downloaded but if fails installing. I try modification the plugin with my guide class and vid name/process, but still the same problem, i think the driver is the issue.

Get an MCE type remote, they seem to work fine. That's what I'm using now.
