Realtek RTL2832P based remote

I have a popular unbranded DVB-T2 USB TV tuner device based on Realtek RTL2832P chip. It has an IR remote which can be seen in HID devices. Attached a couple of screenshots from the Windows device manager.
I tried to get it recognized in the EventGhost with the Generic HID plugin. Attached list of found HID devices. Seems that my tuner is not in the list.
I cannot figure what to try next. Can somebody give advice?

Some more information. Here
http://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/RealTek_RTL2832U is Linux support information about the device. Seems that the device uses same keys than Terratec. I did not find more information which specific model the keymap terratec_slim refers. Terratec may of course use same codes in all remotes.

Still a little more information.
Looks like my HID vendor ID is 15F4 (= 5620 dec). Vendor list tells vendor name "Valuesoft". This is what is reported by EG when I remove the USB receiver.
However, HID device 5620 does not give anything when activated with the Generic HID plugin.
SimpleHIDWrite.exe does not get anything from the device.
Keyboard plugin gets nothing either.
