May be included plugin "WriteResultToFile" ?
I him using and after installation version 0.3.6. 1287 he is deleted.

Should be fixed in 1289. Are you sure the last installer has deleted a full plugin? Actually I have instructed the installer to only delete folders he knows of, so it shouldn't happen that a user created plugin folder is touched. I just did a small test here and it seems to work so far.

Ah, you have made it as an extension of the System plugin. Ok, then it is clear why the installer has deleted it. I will look at it later.
