Tellstick for Z-wave in the U.S.?

I just got EventGhost on my pc and I'm REALLY imressed! I want to build an HTPC with my Intel NUC and this is pretty good so far with handling the AV automation. HOWEVER, I'm a little depressed that it doesn't do Z-wave integration with the Aeon Z-Stick. I had a Vera Edge and it really was a piece of junk. I had to restart it many times and it was unreliable for my z-wave integration. I noticed there is a Tellstick plugin in my EG program and dug into the web for more info. I found http://www.telldus.se/thirdparty/show?id=4 which makes think Tellstick is the solution to my z-wave problems. BUT, it appears that no one in the US is aware of this device and I can't even find a way to buy one. The company that makes it says "We are not making a US version of TellStick ZNet Lite at the moment." but I don't know if that applies to the Tellstick Classic or not.
Does anyone in the US know about this, or better yet, have one running under EG? Can the Tellstick plugin be converted to run the Aeon Z-stick? I downloaded HomeGenie because it has z-wave support built in and I was planning on using it, but I really don't like what I've seen so far in it and plan to use something else for my UI. Using EG with z-wave support would solve my automation issues, then I'd just need to come up with a simple, web-based UI.
