Twinhan IR receiver HID Plugin

Hi, I have here a device Twinhan IR USB receiver and remote control
Windows defines it as hid the keyboard, but have not worked with the plugin Generic HID and works only with Keyboard plugin, but it is a problem when when you press the keyboard button is an action assigned to the button in EventGhos! I have tried many ways to get to work it properly! and one day I found a utility that recognizes individual codes hid devices! here it is http://steve-key.ucoz.ru/load/0-0-0-6-20

Could you create a plugin for my hid and similar devices on the basis of recognition of these codes? I think I and many others would be very grateful if you could help me! Thanks and Sorry for my english !;)
P.S. This possibility already exists in the program Keyboard Maniac (KeyMan), but the possibilities of the program are limited, would love to use the power of EventGhost, thank you
