install the drivers from here

once the drivers are installed then you can plug in the receiver. make note of which drivers it's installing to make sure it grabbing the correct ones.

Ok, after reading the X10 Remotes page , this makes more sense.
I never saw the Human Interface Devices - X10 Hid Device part (I only saw the USB devices part).
Apparently, it's the HID part that is making the buttons work outside of EventGhost.
I read a bunch of information about the various X10 ...

now being that you have the remote wonder plus I am not sure if the hardware ID's are included into the plugins list of compatible hardware ID's. so if it doesn't work at all let me know and send me the hardware ID for the remote and i can check and see if it is in the list.

the Remote Wonder 2 and the Remote Wonder Plus are both x10 based. the link i gave you is for x10 remotes with mouse capability. this plugin is already done. and from what i have been reading i think this plugin coupled with the x10 drivers should allow your remotes to work. under windows x64.

I had started working on it. but i do not have one of those remotes and the person that was testing stopped posting results. so if you would like to spearhead the testing end of it I can finish up getting the mouse to function.

I also have a Remote Wonder 2.

Hello...
I have a Remote Wonder Plus and Windows 10 installed drivers that actually work (mouse, media, numbers, etc...).
But, I would like to repurpose a couple of them (mainly, the power button).
Is there a way to do that?
