Now I have solved the problem on my own :D
I just modified the MceRemote plugin from EventGhost 0.3.5c and now
it's working again with the replacement driver on my XP64 :)
Also I add the files here if anyone is interested.

MCE remote no longer working after update from 0.3.5c
I'm running WinXP64 SP2 and have just updated EventGhost from 0.3.5c to 0.3.7r1076
and now my MS MCE V2 remote (RC6) is no longer working,
I use this replacement driver because I could not find any other driver for xp64.
How do I get it working again?
