Hi

I cannot launch Eventghost by "EventGhost start when windows does" selection.

Th shortcut into "start" folde works fine.

I use EventGhost with Win7

Everyone know an issue ?

I think there is a fonctionnaly that will be helpfull for eventghost: the capability to catch the status of the recorder (0, 1, 2... record in progress) but i don't know how to do this in python

I agree with you; this this not the best way ... I prefer my second idea; it's works fine without pooling

I think a plugin than can catch eventlog will be helpfull; So we must configure event Source & ID and pooling time

The joined file, is french eventlog. For Away Mode, Source is Kernel-Power ...

Another idea ..

Task scheduler can launch a program on eventlog like away mode event.

I try ; it's work but eg doe'nt detect all king of program; .bat, vb script are not detected. Why ?

Does eg catch a windows entry in the windows log file (Kernel Power id 59 for avay mode) ?

I confirm, the problem is that away.mode is not detected by EG.

Can everyone help me to find an issue ? perhaps by modification of the system plugin file PowerBroadcastNotifier.py ? ( I am not sure)

In fact, i think that in my case when a record is running, Win 7 does'n enter suspend mode, perhaps in away mode ? i dont know how to be sure.

I tried another soft Hibernate trigger (http://www.desimonesystems.com/suspendtrigger/index.php) => this is the same problem

I a running EG 0.3.7r1462 under Windows 7

I have problem with system.suspend event: without MCE TV record, the detection is ok
but when MCE TV record is running, there is no system.suspend event detection.

Another thingk: in the both cases, System.QuerySuspend event is not detected

I maked a mediacenter with Windows 7. Now i want to drive the volume of my AV amplifier with the MCE remode (HID) and RS232.
I use EG but when i press volume up or down keys on the remote, the volume increase on the AV amplifier and on the windows mixer.
