You'll only find it on ebay in limited numbers, but it's reasonable cheap and works great.
(It's an X10 Remote, but I never had problems with it)

You should get an event when the program is closed, an can use this event to trigger the desired action.

Hi Guys,
is there any way I can switch my systems audio output this way?
I looked up the plugins in EventGhost but didn't find any function that would help.
The only way I could imagine would be through emulated mouse clicks in the Windows settings - but that doesn't seem to be a good/clean ...
