I was already able to complete the program. But something strange is happening, i tested the serial cable with another device (video matrix) and i can control it via usb-serial, but when i try controlling a Sanyo Projector, seems like the projector is not receiving the execution commands ...

I'm kind of new to this program, but what i'm trying to do is like this.
I got one PC outputting some video to the projector (interactive projector).
