I am having a similar issue under Windows 7 Home Premium x64 with EventGhost 0.3.7.r1486.
I am using keys that send a + or - command through the HID plugin for maximize/restore with slingplayer. However it only works the first time and then it sends the + or -.

Is there a way to get EventGhost to emulate { and } keystrokes?
I am trying to send these to boxee for small step forward and back.
