I failed to mention specifically that this would be sent to another android. I know that I can send the events to a webserver hosted on a PC, but I would like to be able to directly interact with EG on another android device.

Is there a method for doing android-to-android communication without the need for a computer to act in-between? HTTP Post would seem like a logical option but I have not bee able to get the syntax of the command correct.

Send events with HTTP Post from Android

I am using EG for Android but the UI is pretty basic. Therefore, I would like to send EG events directly from an HTTP Post command in Tasker as this would greatly expand the versatility of the app and allow for situation-specific macros.

What I need to know is the syntax of an event going into EG ...
