trackpad has no windws drivers, but eventghost sees input?

So there is this remote from Sony's google tv player (Remotes are models NSG-MR5U & NSG-MR7U). It is a perfect little Bluetooth remote for A HTPC Setup. It actually works within windows (Windows 8 64-bit at least), the only issue is there is now working driver for the trackpad, so therefore windows ...

Re: Create event if window in focus?

phlox,

yes, I found that plugin, and used it for my idea. It seems that the program xboxstat.exe that I was referring to, for some reason does not show up as a task in evenghost. I've no idea why. But I did use another program, called "XboxExt.exe" by Pety. It's a small little program that sits ...

Create event if window in focus?

Re: hold events for apple remote?

Nvm. Figured it out, sorta. Basically the apple remote sends two signals for each button press, the first initial hid, then a constant second signal as you hold down the button. This happens quickly, so you can't just give a command to both inputs and expect the second as a hold event on its own ...

hold events for apple remote?

Hi, I have a hackintosh setup and am trying to get my apple remote to work with xbmc via eventghost. So far I've gotten some basic navigation commands for xbmc, but when I try holding down any buttons on the remote, eventghost seems to repeatedly see the input over and over again. Is there any way ...

Xbox 360 controller guide button?

Hi, I am trying to figure out if there's a way to get the guide button (the green Xbox button in the middle of the controller) to be recognized as an input? The reason for this is I want to make that button a launcher of sorts to automatically run a program. If I install the plugin as "generic hid ...

Re: Apple MacBook Remote

Hello,

I don't know if this will be of any help, but have you tried changing the apple ir device's drivers in device manager? A user on XBMC forums said that the boot camp drivers for windows take over the remote for basic use with iTunes. Right click on Apple IR in device manager, and update ...
