Hello, i have a "MCE trancever device 2006" ir balster. I cant find a driver for it. Is there a way to write one or write a plug in for eventghost?

i just added a line
%USB\VID_045E&PID_006D.DeviceDesc%=IrBus_v1, USB\VID_0609&PID_0334
under microsofthw in c:\windows\inf\irbus.inf

i updated the driver and now it is "ehome infared reciver"
. How do i use with with event ghost? I wish to control my tv with it. I would have it record from a remot then play it back. Is there already a plug in?

If you are on Vista or Win7, you can try this plugin.

There's also a previous MceRemote plugin for XP, but I don't think the blaster capability works. That version is installed with the EG distribution.
