but i still have a question. If u use the "select source" function and u select media file - how do u navigate with the remote thru the new window? Do u use the mouse then *lol* wouldn't be very practical.
Actually, I have an MX Airmouse and that is what I do. I thought there was a hotkey to open the "select from folder" dialog, and I wanted to use that, then the up/down/left/right buttons to select a move, then "select source" to close the window and start the movie. But I couldn't get the dialog to open. So it is pretty much useless. Did you have a better way in mind for your plugin? I'm all ears if there's a way to get it to work.

My long term plan was to create a different plugin/program for selecting a movie, then passing the location to TMT.

hm,
I am using your plugin and I can get the dialog "open folder, open file, open disk" open and now I navigate thru the new window using "emulate keystroks" as there are up, down, left, right (the arrows), tap and enter or return. it works but i dont know if there is a better way.

Ups stupid as I am this is the solution for zoomplayer. haven't tried it for tmt3.

it is not working perfect for tmt3. I have to write a enable exclusive command if I navigate thru the open dialog (explorer) cuz I am using the up, down ... function twice. Try to figure it out tomorrow. Nahh, have it, I just disabled the first ones and now I can navigate thru the dvd menu and explorer open dialog. I have to change some buttons now but I think it is working then.

all i found is a "open source" hotkey "ctrl+o", but I am sure u know that.

Eh, one thing can u speak German would be a lot easier for me. I had English at school over 20 years ago and I don't need it very often.

Oh I was trying to get the up, down .... function in the open dialog to work with zoomplayer and wrote the message at the same time. I think I was a bit confused at this time, sorry for that.

You are not able to open a dialog - which one? The "select from folder" (I don't have a dialog named like this) or do u mean the "open disc folder" dialog directly? I think this is not possible, we can use the hotkey (crtl+o) to avoid the "source" dialog and then we can choose what we want.

1. open disc folder
2. open media file
3. open upnp file (whatever this is)

The only problem what I have now is: I am using my TV for watching movies and I am moving the TMT3 to this screen but the mouse is still on my primary monitor (not the TV). If I select the source dialog it opens on my primary monitor not on the TV. I have to add some commands for the mouse to move it to the TV and then to click once on the TMT3 window to activate it.

All in all not the best solution but it works. This is what I am doing with my remote.
