iPhone optimized web remote control for Webserver plugin

I can't get Eventghost to recognize any events from the UI.

What can I be doing wrong?

Got it working now. Just removed all files and extracted them again...

@bocarob. I had the same problem in Firefox until disabling the browser cache. It seems that all the html code to instruct the browser to not cache the pages is ignored in Firefox 3.

First off... Thanks martin.m for sharing your work, it's GREAT.

I just started using it this morning and so far it works pretty darn good.
I'm not going to be using it with my PC but with the one in the living room that the old folks will be using.
For that it needs to be simple simple simple.

I plan on only using it for basic PC/EG controls (volume,play,pause, switch monitor, open files, close file etc).
I'm also thinking about using it with only one single program, MPC-HC.

I'm thinking of pairing down the css/html to as basic as possible.
I think I can get away with pretty much using only one single page (the Windows Media Player controls page that I tweaked/renamed for MPC-HC (and the "home" page).

I'm wondering...
How I could start MPC-HC just by loading the homepage or MPC controls page.

I also would like to browse the network folders for shared video from the home page of this iPhone/iPod Touch controller.
I don't use it often on my PC but this "application" allows browsing of networked folders from my iPod Touch...

I have all of the html/css for both of these "apps" on my PC right now and they both work great.
I'm wondering how I might go about mixing the two...
From the home screen of martin's code have a few links (maybe 4 or 5) to the browse feature of evinyatar's code. Links that would open PC1/Public/Videos, PC3/Drive E/Videos/TV, PC3/Drive E/Videos/Movies etc.
(simply to browse and open the file)
Then have it point/go back to the controls of martin's code.

Not sure if it'll work but that's what I'm going to try.
Any help/ideas would be appreciated.

I failed.

But I am once again thankful for the OSE plugin.
That one and my mega custom keystroke emulation pack for MPC-HC work fine on the iPod Touch.

It would still be nice to have a file browser type of thing right on the ipodtouch/iphone/ipad's screen.
