No go win7/xbmcplugin/cheap usb reciever/sunway remote

Ive ploughed around for info for 4 hours no without result.
Cant get eg to regognize any ir-commands!

I bought a cheap "wellton way" USB-reciever, its recognized by windows in device manager as
hid compliant consumer control device
hid compliant device
usb input device
usb input device

and in "devices and printers" as
usb composite device , functions as above +
usb composite device
hid-compliant mouse
hid keyboard device

ive fired up eg, using microsoft mce plugin - i get no conflicts in eg log window. eg recognizes activated.explorer commands and so on when i click around

im using my sunway multiremote on "cd" to send commands, the remote works with my cd.

im at a loss. Maybe my irreciever is DOA ? How can i make sure it works if i dont have a remote bundled with it ?

EDIT: I just read about the USB PC Remote Receiver and winUSB test device - these arent included in my build of EG.

Anyone recognises this problem ? Any help would be appreciated.

Yup . I can choose between two different devices under that plugin. Nothing works.

Ive reinstalled another version of EG but i still cant get the two missing plugins, the USB PC Remote Receiver and winUSB test device...
