i am using a remote (sunwave smr-140)

which is a remote that simulate a keyboard and a mouse (cypress keyboard and mouse).
i tried to use the hid plugin and no success. only the keyboard plugin works.
is there any why to use only the remote signals with out it emulating the keyboard and mouse??
the remote is working perfectly with media portal (so i assume that it can also work with eventghost) but i want it to work on xbmc and for these i need to at least control the mouse buttons of the remote.
any help would be appreciated!!
