I wrote up a couple of blog posts that are probably of interest to others doing development with EventGhost. One describes when/why you would want to run EventGhost from source, and the 2nd post describes how to install everything you need not just to run EG from source, but also to build your own version of the installer application.
Note: I registered http://www.satori-project.com and will eventually host my EventGhost fork there. My intent is to also provide a web interface (rather than forums) for getting new plugins to be used with my website. I'm explaining this because currently the website is pretty much blank except two blog posts and a single fake plugin. Thoughts and feedback as the site develops are appreciated.
