Back Button
So... I have the gyration remote and gyration keyboard. The back button on the remote generates an event in eventghost. HOWEVER, the button also triggers the back event (like the back button on a keyboard). Anyone know a way to disable that button?
Re: Back Button
did you ever find an answer to this?
Just purchased one and might have the same issue.

Re: Back Button
The easiest way to stop this is to stop the "Human Interface Device Access" Windows service (and switch it to Manual to stop it restarting next time you boot Windows).
Downside is that Windows will stop responding to all HID events (Volume Up/Down/Mute, Back/Forward, etc) from any device (including hotkey on your keyboard, for example) but as you're using EventGhost in the first place, you probably want to handle these events yourself in EG anyway.

If it is one of the stock EG keyboard/mouse emulation folders in the configuration area that is sending the second/unwanted command could you just disable that folder when you are running whatever else that you don't want the keyboard "typing" to?
I think I have run into this in the past and did that to fix it.
Matter of fact I think in my config now the mouse/keyboard emulation folders are almost always disabled.
