Now you I'm not sure whether I correctly understand your original question.
You may need just the numbers 11 and 13 and no other you need.
If so, then is not the right solution Multitap. Using Multitap You can create an event with any (even previously unknown) number.
You type the number using the number keys on the remote control.
I can not properly advise you, if I do not know what your macros are used and how the numbers 11 and 13 has a macro to work.
Can you clarify?

Okay, so you can use the Multitap.
I'll do a little picture-tutorial, but I still missing one information from you.
I still do not know, how your macro (which will be running from events with channel number) is assembled.
I do not know where and how the information about the channel number is sent. Perhaps it's best if you put a picture here.
Can of course be a channel with one digit.

I think this information is sufficient for me. By this time the Tira plugin was no mention at all.ann wrote: i'm using tira to send my ir to the tv.
According to the attached pictures you can probably create a functional configuration.
I do not own the device Tira and I do not know, how actually look chain of events.
So you (for example) instead of "Tira.Num3" use some other string.
You do not have to use some macros of plugin Multitap (Enter, Cancel, Left, Right, Back Space).
Enter is for immediate termination of entering numbers (not waiting for the time-out).
The other are used to correct bad input.
