Help identifying a remote

Hello,

I bought a cheapo MCE remote from eBay.

It looks exactly like this:

What's this remote called? Or what's the corresponding EventGhost plugin?

Basically it does it's job well, just that the placement of the directional buttons is really bad and I keep pressing the button above the "up" key which opens a new Explorer window, a highly annoying thing when you're in XBMC. So basically what I would like to do is lock all buttons except a select few...
