Assigning Functions on a Gyration MCE Remote

Post by Lucas »

I'm currently using a Gyration WMC Remote http://www.gyration.com/index.php/us/pr ... emote.html and I want to be able to reassign a few of the buttons.

1. I want to have the Green Button launch my Media Center application "Meedio"
2. I want to have two other buttons (There is a row of 4 buttons just beneath the volume/channel buttons - they control other features within WMC) perform a keystroke combination when pressed (CTRL+ALT+1) and (CTRL+ALT+2)

I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium (X64) (If that helps)
I've also disabled the Green Button and other WMC controlling features from the control panel, so as it is right now they do not function when pressed..

I'm new to event ghost and have no experience with it (In short, I'm a Noob at this) Any help I could get would be greatly appreciated!!
