How do i configure EG to switch one action to another action

How do i configure EG to switch one command to another command for example when i press a button it would disable the mouse movement and switch to keyboard movement (up/down/left/right) and clicking the button again will enable mouse movement and disable keyboard movements. all that only using a single button.

For this purpose is usually used basic action "Exclusive enable a folder/macro",
but you can very well use again the plugin Multitap. But this time the mode SingleKey.

I've been trying to do that and can't figure out how to do it right, below i provided my configure file. Could you show me how to do.

Try this configuration file. Add the button event to both "Enable exclusive: ..." macros.
