Oh, it looks like the cause of the problem. You can try this feature on the primary monitor?
Unfortunately, I do not normally an opportunity to work with two monitors, so it will take some time to solve (if it really cause a problem).

Yeah appreciate that.. I use mine as an htpc also.. so I have my fullscreen showing on my HDTV and only in windowed mode does it show on the primary monitor.

Yes worked great.. tried it and it returned the windows back to normal windows.. showed menu.. exited menu and it went back to fullscreen.. great job.

Howdy,
I would like a way to hit a button on my remote and have it delete the video file I just watched in MPC on WinXP.
I'm not 100% sure but I believe this is NOT an option within MPC.

I normaly start watching video files in MPC just by clicking the file within a directory/folder or dragging the file to my MPC shortcut on the desktop. This means that when I'm done watching the file it is already highlighted in the folder where it is located on my PC.

Would it be hard to make a Python script that will delete whatever file is highlighted in the window behind MPC (or window in front after MPC is closed)?
Or maybe even get the file name from within MPC and just find the file, kill it and delete it.

If this is possible it would also be cool to tweak the same script and apply it to VLC (that I sometimes use) or any other media players that folks might use but doesn't have a delete feature already.
Does this make sence?

BTW...I did do a little bit of searching just yesterday on how to go about deleting files using Python but My Python "skills" are 100% NON existent and it made my head hurt.

I am experiencing some trouble with your implementation of "On Screen Go To". No matter what monitor I select as output, the menu is always displayed on the primary monitor.
The "Show MPC Menu"-menu is displaying correctly on the selected monitor, even if it is not the primary one.

Using the current MPC-HC nightly (1.3.2018.0) and the newest version of your MPC plugin (1.4.1093) and EG (0.3.7.r1462).

Hey guys! Since a couple of actions stopped working with newer versions of MPC-HC (e.g. next/prev. subtitle track) I invested some time to figure out that some key IDs had changed. I edited them - and the actions work again - but I have no clue about python, so I can't tell if any further edits are necessary. Also, I commented out actions which I couldn't find in MPC-HC, ergo new ID unknown. There may also be new actions in the software, I just looked for the ones listed in the python file.

Jto, Thanks for the updated actions. After the update I changed my actions to all key command calls for them so that it did not matter what they changed to. But this is very useful and I modified my plugin with the new actions.

Is it possible to toggle default subtitles on or off? Sometimes I find for some strange reason that italicized subtitles will stop functioning until I relog on windows.. so would be nice when that happens I can just switch style to default and when done go back to normal subtitles with an action.

Not sure why it does.. maybe some other program causes it to happen but any font that has italics will not display. But if I go to the Play Menu > Subtitles > Default Style for subtitles than the built in style set in Media Player Classic will work and these Subtitles will display fine. So it seems the custom fonts used in the subtitles stop displaying that have italics in them.

I know it's strange but its is what I finally figured out what is going on in my Windows 7 Ultimate with Media Player Classic in CCCP. CCCP does not have any idea why this happens so maybe some other program I am running causes this but what I have no idea.. Kaspersky Internet Security, Domdom Soft Manga Downloader, uTorrent, Anidb O'matic, Event Ghost, Trillian 3.x, Logitech Gaming Keyboard, or Logitech G9x Software any of these might be the culprit to name some of the software that is running. So to fix this I found show default style subtitle fixes this problem by switching to the internal default fonts.
