I have a situation where I need to do the following:
-When Beyond TV Link is launched from within XBMC, XBMC is closed once Beyond TV Link starts.
-When Beyond TV Link is closed, then XBMC is launched.
I am a total newbie and need some expert guidance as what to do. Has anyone out there done something similar??
Johnny

Re: Starting and stoping programs with EventGhost
The short answer is to use the Task Create/Switch Events plugin so EventGhost gets events when programs start/close, then make macros that react to them.
The long answer read the documentation and Wiki then any related topics in this forum, for example this topic.
