Hello,
Tested with eventghost 0.3.7r1462 under windows 7 x64. I use what seems to be a technisat USB receiver with the technisat plugin and driver (with the generic HID plugin I had no events registering in the log).
It works, except that for each button pressed on the remote I have two different events possible.
For example if I press the Up button, I get either TechniSatUsb.00F70AF500F7 or TechniSatUsb.0AF500F70AF5 alternating each time I press the button.
So for each button I have to assign both events to the macro for it to work everytime.
I don't know if this problem is related to the plugin, the driver, eventghost or the remote/receiver itself., I just wanted to report this bug.

TechniSat USB 2 differents events for each button
Re: TechniSat USB 2 differents events for each button
This is normal since the remote will pass different codes each time a button is pressed. It is done to distinguish new presses from long presses from a key.
It is possible to map codes to a single event name.
