Can someone help me with this please

Post by osmorgan »

Hi, i have boxee running on my secondary monitor (TV) but when i turn the tv off, it disconnects from windows and boxee shifts onto my primary dsplay. which is pretty annoying... but id like to keep boxee open to keep updating my tv shows while im not viewing. soo..

the only solution i can think of is to make eventghost detect when the secondary monitor is shut down, and minimise it.thus keeping it out of view on my primary monitor. and expand it again when the TV is turned back on? how can i do this??

also, ive noticed that EG has a way to configure remote, i can see my game pad detected as a Generic HID device. so is there a way to map keyboard keys to my Pad, and have it direct the commands to Boxee. (it uses left, right,up,down, enter, esc, space)

any help is much appreciated?!

Thanks
O

From what i've read, this is a Boxee issue which is probably not easily solved by Event Ghost.
