The plugin forum does not display "new topic" button
I'd like to post a question there, but I can't. So I posted this here, and I'll post my question here as well.

The plugin section is intended to be for plugin "official threads" only, the idea being that you can ask questions in existing threads, but not create random new threads. That was Bitmonster's idea and why there isn't a new thread button.

That's a good answer, except there's no thread for the webserver plugin
(there's one for the dynamic webserver, but my issue is with the standard one)
