trigger Event on WOL

Hi freaks,

does anybody know, how to trigger an event if the pc receives an WOL command? (and is of course ON)

my issue is, that the montor switches off after 2min, after 10min follows hibernate.

I want to switch on the monitor if WOL arrives between those 2 and 10 min
