MCE (old): transmitting pronto hex code

Hello,

how could I transmit pronto code with the old MCE remote plugin (i know only the new uses pronto)? What kind of type the code is now?
Is the only way to transmit it, is to learn it from other device? Or maybe there is somekind of converting tool? Thank you for the answers.

I need code like this e.g.: 00 06 ff...
And I've got 0000 0066 064f...
What kind of type the first one is?
