Use the "Serial Port" plugin.
Configure the "Port Settings" accordingly.
Add the macro "Write Data" from the Serial Port plugin.
Enter the command "VOLM21 " in the "Write Data" window. The command "VOLM21 " might need to be followed by \r, \n, \t. For example, "VOLM21 \r".
