On the "System: start application" there is a checkbox: Wait till application is terminated before proceeding. Would it be possible to get an aditional box there for: Event when application is terminated?

Well, maybe you meant it as in the following picture:
If so, you can try it.
Download Execute.py file and place it in the folder ...\EventGhost\plugins\System instead of the original.
