Is it possible to pick up events from the HDPLEX IR receiver? (http://www.hd-plex.com/remote.control.html) I'm trying to use my regular learning remote (non RC6) to control my HTPC. Since I can't learn the commands of the MCE remote that came with the receiver, I need to pick up the events from the receiver in EventGhost and remap them. EventGhost sees a Speed-Link SL-6399 so I tried the plug in for that. It will pick up the MCE remote events, but nothing from other remotes. I tried Generic HID as well, but the receiver isn't show in the list of HID devices (it does use the Microsoft HID driver, and it looks like it's in Device Manager).
I know I could just buy another receiver, but this one is internal and will mount perfectly where I want it in my case, so I want to use it if at all possible, I just need to find a way to get the input from it, even if it's not in the MCE format it's expecting.
