Ok, 634 is up.
In the plugin configuration you find a test button. The plugin must be loaded before, so it is able to receive events. Then reopen the configuration dialog and press the test-button. Then point your remote to the Tira as you would do to learn codes. If we are lucky, we will get some output in the logger. This output I need.
I also changed the port configuration. It should now only display ports that are accessible on your system.

Fired up EG got a
I fixed the code, changed dlldll to dll in plugin code.
No error on restart.
Double clicking on the tira plugin gives me a dialog that only has com1 to com9, I have com1 to com15 (com14 being tira)
Hard coded the port in the source to get it working....
Placed a IR RC in front of tira and clicked the "start test" button and held an RC button down, got this after about 3 seconds.
The start capture test and the number appeared as soon as I pressed the "start test" button, after 3 seconds the rest came through.
Did another test...
Pressed the "start test" button and didn't press any rc button.... nothing happened except for the
starting capture test &

This also looks good.
The DLL tries to make a complete set, that can be used to transmit the code. Sadly they documented the structure not well enough to find some more information at first sight like the carrier frequency.
But it should be enough to make first experiments with transmitting codes.
I will write something next, but it will take some time. I guess you are sleeping if it is ready.
The DLL tries to make a complete set, that can be used to transmit the code. Sadly they documented the structure not well enough to find some more information at first sight like the carrier frequency.
But it should be enough to make first experiments with transmitting codes.

u still awake!
Well, i suppose :- Good night to you up above.
That sound great, IÔÇÖm glad you could help me and the other tira2 owners.
hehehehe
I've been writing a plugin myself, just finishing it up, I want to cover all bases for this app control before I ask you if I can include it in EG support.
I have another idea for a plugin that I might invest some time in as well, it'll benefit me for now, but hopefully more will find your most excellent software, IÔÇÖll alert you when it's ready or if I need some assistance.
Good job! Sleep well!

Hey again, <gulp>
With the Tira plugin... is there a way to disable the actual hardware from receiving IR and only config it to send IR?
hmm, except when capturing IR to send of course...
wait.. maybe, just maybe, can we get a property (or tick box in the tira plugin configuration) to turn off event sending/posting to EG?
eg.plugins.Tira.RecieveIR(True)
eg.plugins.Tira.RecieveIR(False)
