using eventghost at the Lock screen?

Has anyone found a way to use eventhghost during the lock screen (windows 7 64 bit)? I assume you can't just run it as a service or schedule at start-up.

As far as I know the only program I've ever seen work during the lock screen, during a UAC prompt, and at the log-in screen is input director.

EG wont run as a service correctly since it needs to access the current desktop and receive events under the current user instance. Have you thought about using a different type of locking other than the Windows Lock screen... Maybe a python crafted lock and password script?

I don't want my HTPC screen to be locked but every once and a while it happens. What I'm going to end up doing is keeping a media center IR remote on the table just to log in or unlock if necessary.

I gotcha, I tend to turn off all of the lock screen stuff and just setup EG to turn off my screen if it wants to go to sleep. My HTPC is always on connected to my TV.
